Questions, answered

What size should an X post image be?

1600 × 900 (16:9) shows uncropped in the timeline. Square 1080 × 1080 and portrait 1080 × 1350 work too, but may be cropped in previews.

Why does my X header look cut off?

The header is 1500 × 500 and shows differently on phones and desktops, and your profile photo covers part of it. Keep text centred and away from the bottom left.

Which X sizes are included?

Post 1600 × 900, Square post 1080 × 1080, Portrait post 1080 × 1350, Header 1500 × 500, Profile photo 400 × 400.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. Resizing happens in your browser, so your photos never leave your device.
