How did this tool do?

Collage layouts, shapes and spacing

Pick a layout and the photos fill it in list order. Grid makes a balanced grid for any number of photos, widening the last row when they don't divide evenly. Big left and Big top give the first photo 60% of the space and arrange the rest beside or below it, which suits one hero shot with supporting pictures. Columns and Rows put every photo in a single strip.

Each photo is centred and cropped to fill its cell, the way a phone gallery grid works, so faces near the edge of a photo can be trimmed. Reorder the files with the arrows to change which photo goes in the big cell or in which corner.

The shape sets the canvas: square (2048 × 2048) for feed posts, 4:5 for the tallest feed post, 9:16 for stories and reels, and 16:9 for slides and YouTube. Spacing adds a border between cells in the background colour, and rounded corners soften each photo. Up to nine photos fit; for more, make two collages.

Photo collages, answered

How are photos placed in the cells?

Each photo is centred and cropped to fill its cell, like a phone's gallery grid. Reorder them with the arrows to change which goes where.

What size is the collage?

2048 px on the long side, enough for any social post and for printing at small sizes.

Are my images uploaded?
